We assist both Plan Managed and Self Managed participants through a simple, streamlined process:
For Plan Managed Participants
- Place your order through our website, ensuring you provide an email address for communication.
- At checkout, scroll down and select "NDIS" as the payment method.
- Include the participant's name and NDIS number to support the funding process.
- You’ll receive a PDF invoice to confirm your order.
- Submit this invoice to your Plan Manager with instructions to pay using the EFT details provided, referencing the invoice number.
- After the funds are received, pay the invoice via EFT, again using the invoice number as a reference.
- Once we’ve confirmed payment, your order will be shipped promptly.
For Self Managed Participants
- Place your order through our website shop and provide an email address for communication.
- Scroll down and Select "NDIS" as the payment method in checkout.
- Also include the participant's name and NDIS number to assist with the funding process.
- You’ll receive a PDF invoice to confirm your order.
- Submit the invoice through your self-managed portal for payment.
- Once payment is processed, pay the invoice via EFT, referencing the invoice number.
- After we confirm payment, we’ll send out your order.
