How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at thumbsup@lifeskillswithryan.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated shipping location.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
